Drivers and Barriers for Phosphorus Reuse in the Baltic Sea Region

This session will highlight market and governance barriers and opportunities affecting the development, choice and implementation of innovations for phosphorus reuse, including technologies and practices in agriculture and wastewater treatment sectors. 

This session will showcase how BONUS RETURN is aiming to develop new policies, decision support systems and new innovations to implement circular systems for nutrients and carbon in the Baltic Sea.

This session will present preliminary findings from two recent systematic maps collating evidence on ecotechnologies for recovery or reuse of carbon, phosphorus and nitrogen from wastewater and agriculture.
